1. Eligibility
BeMyDate is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18 and that adult, AI-generated content is lawful where you access it.
2. The service
BeMyDate generates 100% fictional, AI-generated characters, images, and video from text prompts. No content depicts a real, identifiable person, and the platform does not accept uploads of any kind.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to generate content depicting minors (real or synthetic), real identifiable individuals, or any content prohibited by our Content Policy. In particular, you may not use BeMyDate to create deepfakes — any image or video depicting the likeness of a real, identifiable person — or any non-consensual depiction of a real person. Prohibited prompts are blocked at submission, and accounts that repeatedly attempt them are suspended.
4. Credits & billing
Generation consumes credits (“Sparks”). You can buy Sparks as one-time packs or through a recurring monthly subscription that auto-renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access through the end of the paid period. Billing and refund details are in the Refund & Billing policy.
5. Intellectual property
AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal use. Under current law, purely AI-generated works without human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Policy.
