What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in), the prompts you submit (screened by our automated safety filter), metadata about the content you generate, and a hashed signal used to prevent fraud and abuse. We do not collect uploaded photos — the platform accepts no uploads.

How we use it

To operate the service, deliver generated content, enforce our Content Policy, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party processors

We rely on third-party providers strictly to operate the service. They receive only the data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own data-protection terms:

  • Cloud GPU providers — run image, video, and voice generation.
  • Payment processors — handle purchases (we never receive or store your full card number).
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers — serve the site and store generated content.
  • Analytics provider (Yandex.Metrica) — aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics; gated by your cookie choice.

Cookies & tracking

We use a single first-party cookie (bmd_aid) to measure aggregate usage and prevent fraud and abuse — it holds a random identifier, never your name or email. We also load a privacy-respecting third-party analytics counter. Non-essential cookies are governed by the consent banner shown on your first visit: choosing Decline stops the analytics cookie and the third-party counter. Essential cookies needed to sign in and keep you logged in are always set. You can change your choice by clearing cookies and reloading.

Retention

We retain generated content and account data while your account is active. Payment records are retained as long as required for tax and financial-record obligations even after account deletion (and are anonymized — disassociated from your account — at that point). Longer retention may otherwise apply where required by law. You can delete your account and export your data at any time (see below).

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated content from Settings → Account; deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR), you also have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability; our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent (non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of any sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, use Settings → Account or email us below; we never discriminate against you for doing so.
