Refund & Billing Policy

One-time purchases (Sparks)

You can buy credits (“Sparks”) as one-time purchases. A one-time pack is a single charge — there is no renewal and nothing to cancel for a pack; you are only charged when you choose to buy.

Subscriptions (recurring)

BeMyDate also offers optional auto-renewing membership tiers:

A membership renews automatically every 30 days and re-charges your payment method at the start of each new period until you cancel. Your Sparks allotment refreshes each period. You choose at checkout whether to buy a one-time pack or start a membership — memberships are never started without your action.

How to cancel a membership

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current paid period — cancelling stops the next auto-renewal. See Cancel & Manage Your Account for the exact steps, or email us and we will cancel it for you.

What appears on your statement

Refunds

Credits are a digital good delivered instantly. Unused credits from a one-time pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent on generations are non-refundable, since the compute has been consumed. For a recurring membership charge, cancel before your next renewal to avoid being charged again — if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund of that renewal for any unused portion.

How to request a refund

Email legal@bemydate.ai with your account email and the approximate purchase date. We respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first — most disputes are a statement-descriptor question and are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
