Content Policy

Prohibited content

BeMyDate generates 100% fictional, AI-generated characters from text prompts. To keep the platform safe and lawful, the following categories are strictly prohibited and may never be generated, requested, or depicted:

• Minors (real or synthetic)
• Real or identifiable people
• Deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses
• Incest or family relationships
• Bestiality or animals
• Non-consent, force, or incapacitation
• Necrophilia or death
• Extreme violence, gore, or mutilation
• Bodily waste
• Illegal drugs

This list is not exhaustive. We may refuse or remove any content that, in our judgment, is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of these rules.

Enforcement

Prohibited prompts are blocked at submission by an automated safety filter — they never reach generation. Accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content are suspended without refund.

Regional restrictions

Access to BeMyDate is unavailable in the following jurisdictions, where the law requires highly effective age assurance that we do not currently provide:

• Full site access is unavailable in the United Kingdom, under the UK Online Safety Act 2023.
